In Store Only - YMMV

Price posted on the shelf was $38.87, but it rang up regular price at the register. After showing the Customer Service representative a picture of the price on the shelf, they verified the item number and UPC and sold it for $38.87.

BrickSeek had it listed at regular price.

Good price if you can swing it and if you like the Caseta switches. I've installed one and honestly the switch feels cheap and I just don't like them. I like the idea of the pico remotes, but to hook into Hubitat I can't justify the cost associated with these.

Not requiring neutral wire makes the Casita very handy in existing house dimming and pico work flawlessly for our dining chandelier.
The price mistake on shelf is totally bonus but most likely not repeatable.

These switches with the Lutron Apple HomeKit Bridge have been rock solid for over a year. There is a clear plastic mount for the Pico remote that can be purchased separately to surface mount the remote anywhere. I mounted two remotes on my kitchen island providing a more convenient location for switching some kitchen lights.

This sounds like a price mistake, not a markdown.

But it does have some downside. For me, it is not being able to set ramp rate (how fast the light dims on or off) and not remembering the last dim setting (if you use the pico remote, you could use the favorite button). Of course, there are no local control of scenes either.

I believe I read somewhere that ramp rate is available either with the RA2 line (basically rules out DIY unless you eBay everything it seems) or possibly the Pro bridge so that you have the telnet access. The Pro Bridge runs something like $120, which is what turns me off of the Lutron line. Personally, if you have neutral lines at the switch, I think there's better options out there.
