Yes it works fine for a NAS. It may be more power than you need, so hook up your modem/router also.

FYI I got 5 years out of my cyber power ups before I had to replace the battery which was $30 shipped from a third-party. Using mine on a Synology Nas.

Mine died after 10 years, but the circuit board went out, so no repairing that. (did swap the batteries about 5 years ago)

I don't know that I've ever seen the higher-end model on sale at Costco(?).

Good luck!

Mine also died after around 10 years but the batteries are still okay. It seems to be a problem with the inverter circuit after multiple blackouts. I got two more within the last couple years for $80 each. This is a new model though as it has a UBS-C port.

It will be hard to get that price back these days due to the supply and logistic issues. It was a limited time deal when I got it for $80. Otherwise, it was usually $85-$90 when on sale in the last few years. $100 was their regular price at least up to a few months ago when I last saw it in store.

I'm waiting on the price to drop again but I'm wondering if this will be enough for my desktop that has a 800w power supply. I'd probably have the desktop connected to this all by itself while having all my other peripherals attached to a 1000va UPS. The desktop is connected to the 1000va but a few times it will spike and the load will be at 116%.

Will this work well with a NAS?
Mine is currently hooked up to a surge protector power strip. My worry is that it is pretty old.

Anyone else who has this is experiencing low buzzing sound? When I plug in mine, no matter it has devices connected to it or now, it always have this low buzzing sound (like a zzzzzzzz electricity sound). Did a replacement with Costco but still has the some issue. Wondering if I should just return it

I have a similar model and when power went out with just the modem running off of it, it would shut off every 15 mins or so. No setting in the software is causing it.

I have this on a computer with a i7 11700k and a 3080ti. No problems.
