Pepsi® X Randy’S Donuts Takeover 2022 Promotion - California only - February 20, 2022

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on January 23, 2022 at 12:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on February 20, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period").

PROMOTION OVERVIEW: : The Promotion consists of an instant-win game ("Instant-Win Game") and a random drawing ("Random Drawing").

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, you can participate in the Instant-Win Game via the following methods:

A. Purchase the Pepsi® ColaCream Combo Box at Randy's Donuts/Code Entry: Visit Randy's Donuts (at 805 West Manchester Boulevard, Inglewood, CA 90301) and purchase the "Pepsi® ColaCream Combo Box". Scan the code located on the Pepsi® donuts specially-marked box to access the Promotion Web Site (defined in "B" below) using your mobile device.

B. To play via the Internet without making a purchase and scanning the code, visit PepsiRandysDonuts.com ("Web Site") and upon accessing the Web Site for the first time, follow the instructions to register.

Limit one (1) Account per person. Limit one (1) Game Play per person/Account per day.

C. Bonus Entry into the Random Drawing: During the Promotion Period, a participant may follow the online instructions at the Web Site to access a custom AR filter on Instagram, capture Sponsor's content, and post Sponsor's content with #PepsiRandysSweepstakes to receive one (1) additional entry into the Random Drawing ("Bonus Entry").

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside in California and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

RANDOM DRAWING PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of $1,000.00, awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card or pre-paid debit cards in smaller denominations to total in aggregate $1,000.00. Pre-paid debit card(s) is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000.00.

Twenty (20) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) pair of custom Pepsi® x Randy's Donuts branded sneakers. Sponsor will use its best efforts to accommodate winner's shoe size. If Sponsor cannot fulfill winner's shoe size, an alternate size will be awarded. ARV: $150.00 each.

INSTANT-WIN PRIZES: The following Instant-Win Prizes will be randomly awarded throughout the Promotion Period as described in Section 3. Instant-Win Prizes are listed as follows: Prize Quantity / Prize Description / ARV of each prize. All Instant-Win Prizes feature Pepsi® and Randy's Donuts logos. Winner does not receive their choice of size; no substitutions allowed.

27 / Bucket Hat (one size) / ARV: $75.00 each.
26 / Hoodie (size L) / ARV: $75.00 each.
134 / Sling Bag / ARV: $30.00 each.
133 / Pair of Socks (size L) / ARV: $30.00 each.
100 / $5.00 Randy's Donuts gift card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). ARV: $5.00 each.

Prize Limits: Limit one (1) Random Drawing Prize per person/Account/household. Limit one (1) Instant- Win Prize per person/Account per day and a total of three (3) Instant-Win Prizes per person/Account for the Promotion Period. Total ARV of all prizes is $16,485.00.
