"To determine if you are a winner of one of the prizes listed above, properly fasten the tire pressure gauge to the tire valve of your car. A pressure indicator stick will pop out displaying your tire pressure. If the color of your indicator stick matches one of the prize colors above (gold, purple or blue), you are a winner of that prize, pending verification. Winners will be required to respond to the email address provided with their tire pressure gauge package within five (5) days of notification. Legendary Gold and Rare Purple Prize Winners will need sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases") and will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 Form and furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected."
