If you have a Trader Joe's near by, they have a gluten free pancake mix that is way better than this stuff.
I'm not GF, but my girlfriend has an allergy to gluten. I've bought this and the Trader Joe's for her, and she says this is the best. Don't get me wrong, the TJ's is great, but these pancakes come out good enough to eat even for people that eat normal gluten pancakes.
