Hard pass, these don't even have a cover for the dead pedal and if you're anything like me, that's where my left foot is 99% of the time I'm in the car. Older M3's don't have a dead pedal but they don't specify which version this is for.

Most mats (at least the 10+ sets I've owned, both OE and Weathertech) don't cover the dead pedal, it normally has a hard plastic footrest there.
I have seen a few cars with very small dead pedals where the mat has a little tab that extends up, but I know mat manufacturers and OEs are very wary of floor mats since the Toyota acceleration debacle.
