If you wear an athletic undershirt the sweat wicks away like magic. I do HVAC in hot ass summer attics and athletic undershirts are the only thing keeping me from coming out soaking wet. The extra layer doesn't make you hotter either. The wicking keeps you cool

"Loose fit" is if you have a big beer belly and you don't want anyone to see, not form fitting. "Relaxed fit" is a normal fitting t-shirt. I get relaxed fit and I always size down 1 size in these shirts. They run big

Don't plan on wearing these tshirts to work in temps above 65*F. You will be sweating up a storm. I use these from late fall to early spring.

These run large. Bought seven tall XL's with military ID discount. I bought tall 2XL's last time and they are huge. I'm 6'4" tall.
