This is better than most prebuilts with standard parts, and it has good cooling. Also you don't factor in the price of windows?
forgot windows and ssd. but its not like theyre using msi ventus or msi spatiums in these builds. 1 year warranty should be a deal breaker for these prebuilts imo. and windows dont cost them more than 20bucks

Nobody should factor in Windows. It's a $10-15 key that has been tested time and time again for authenticity. I used codes in all the builds I sell(50+ so far) and not one as had any issues. With the current prices of GPUs dropping, this price is definitely higher than it should be, but it's a prebuilt so what can you expect.
Can someone tell me alternative ways to buy used computers? Like a cheap place I can monitor?
Try eBay — that is how eBay started— but I'm not sure if you can say that is still the case. When I joined eBay in October of 1995 just about the only people on it were selling used (and sometimes new) computer parts and computers when they upgraded. Then a couple of years ago eBay tried to compete with Amazon by making sellers effectively guarantee their products even used products sold as is or as not working. Anyway that is what eBay used to be — a computer garage sale— and I think for a few people it still is.

Depends on how you got the key in the first place. If you bought a prebuilt, the OEM keys tied to the motherboard and can't be moved. If you bought a key from microsoft etc. then you can move from PC to PC
Don't forget to add the OS license for the prebuilt. Even though DIY people don't always acquire a legit copy. It's basically no hassle and probably sold OEM OS for A couple bucks compared to the public buying a legit license.
300 for cpu but oems usually use refurbs
60 for ram same as above
530 for 3060ti
40 for generic psu
80 for the lame mobo
100 for case etc And shipping
Upmarked by 30%
These hotboxes come with only 1 year warranty
So not a good deal
What is your source telling you oems use refurb cpus? Also your math is a bit off if we use your numbers and even assume we get an ssd and OS for free then it's a 16% mark up.
