If you need one now, these are the best deals at this current time. Yes, a bit over MSRP, but it has 3 fans and other features. Most of all they are in stock. I will personally be waiting a bit as prices will hopefully drop further.

A strix will blow all 3 out of the water in terms of cooling. Even at same temp, the Strix will run at lower fan RPM, and that means lower noise.

FWIW both EVGA will run cooler than your FE, but I don't trust EVGA quality. So I'd keep FE if those three are your only options.
