Two days ago it was $622.
Awesome deal at $591.
Have this TV.
Super great display. Rivals my 2018 OLED.
This is almost 1/3 the cost of a OLED of similar size.
Only thing is that it can't do 120hz over HDMI and no VRR.
But this TV is amazing other than that.
Bought an LG BX Oled once, it broke down in 2 days & they refused to exchange it. I had to call them constantly and keep complaining then they exchanged.
Then last year i ordered an Hisense U8G. They legit sent the wrong tv. They made send pictures & opened a special investigation, several days in still didn't replace the tv.
So i canceled the entire order, got it from bestbuy.
I'm too old and lack the patience to expose myself to potentially having to deal with repairs or returns or buggy software updates to work through, or having to buy a new one in a year after the warranty (which seems common).
I pulled the trigger on the Costco Sony OLED instead. yeah, it is a grand more, but it will end up having 5 years worth of warranty, and Sony has a track record. Amortized over 5 years it is worth a dollar a day to have the better tv and avoid potential hassles.
I've also heard and read that Hisense sort of forces you into what can only be described as agreeing to "surveillance"....
I am just always a little dubious of the pretty new kid on the block as they often run into issues in terms of quality and support. Vizio was the bomb 10 years ago regarding value, then TCL about 5 years ago but as time went on the warts on their products and support started to show up (although I have a TCL out in my gazebo, and so far it has been a champ).. Will Hisense be the same?

Their TVs are great... when they work! But it isn't if you have issues and need to talk to customer service. For that, good luck!
This is why I was glad I purchased my old model 65H9F from Walmart as they have the most generous 90 day return policy outside of Costco.
The other thing to factor in is updates are usually the culprit for the most issues I've read about. And since I don't ever connect my TV to the internet as it's used strictly with my HTPC, it works beautifully for me!

The TV itself is excellent so far. Maybe I lucked out but I'm not seeing any issues on my particular example. And I'm used to a Sony OLED as my main set. Black levels on the H9G are not quite OLED level but are still excellent, easily as good as or better than the Sony X90J and upper-tier Samsung models I was considering buying.
I feel like I got a great deal and saved a bunch of money by going with this set. Obviously if it had an issue out of the box, or starts acting up, I might feel different. But so far so good.
Also I was able to get a "courtesy credit" from Amazon for the $65 price difference (last week's price versus today's cost). I just did a chat, asked for supervisor, told them a friend had the same thing done for them, and they did it with no hassle. It's a credit that sits on your account and can be used for future purchases.
For me, the Android TV OS is freezing/crashing more frequently, despite (or maybe because of) keeping up with the updates for the 4 streaming apps I've kept enabled, and I'm afraid it's only going to get worse.
I hope this drops under $550

The Hisense H9G displays most common resolutions at 60Hz. Despite having a 120Hz panel, it doesn't properly display any 120Hz signal. It accepts 1080p @ 120Hz signals, but it skips frames, and it doesn't accept any 1440p @ 120Hz signal either.
