If you need customer service for something like a pop-up canopy, you have other problems.

Well, in actuality, someone may need customer service for something of even less cost/value than this item... Sometimes items don't arrive, or the wrong thing is shipped, etc. So I can see where the member is coming from on that end. Hopefully won't have that problem, however! Smilie

Get the 5lb weights with the canopy. They have them on sale for $14.99 rn but with both coupons you can get them for under $12 which is insane. You can't get weights like that for double the price from anywhere. I got 2 sets from my store and it seemed like there are fewer in stock overall. That same store had 22 of the canopies left in stock (Glen Burnie, MD)
