I have this monitor. It's been good for me but in this day and age wouldn't recommend a tn panel, high refresh ips have come done enough where this prob isn't worth

sorry for some reason I thought this was 240 hz.

144 hertz is totally different category than 240.

I have this similar acer Model but 240 hZ

I've had this monitor since 2015. It's good. I paid like 250. At the time it was the best specs for the price. There are just so many other better choice than this one. Though I don't plan on upgrading mine. It's quick and have no issues.

They still make TN panels? Hard pass. After going through roughly 30 monitors since a teen, IPS is the only option for me.
