Remove some pavers and pour concrete and then bolt this to concrete?

Not sure about that, winds here in PA have been getting pretty strong in the last few years
Does it have holes for anchoring to concrete? Or is it so heavy it just sits there?
Yes it has holes and it even comes with metal stakes

You can fit the box in a suv (awkwardly heavy). The roof is a thin metal corrugated looking roof. I also on the 10 x 12 gazebo of this for about a year now and it has started fading, but it's still good.
