bought these like 2 years ago. sound is decent, but something happened to my left earbud where it sounds not as good. major pro is that you can have each earbud connected to different device at the same time, so I usually have one connected to my laptop and one connected to my phone.

bought these some time ago and seldom used them, phone call quality not great. Audio quality average....but then again, same goes for apple version(s).

if the touch interface is the problem, they do have this Anker Life P2 that use physical button for same price on Amazon. I have been using this for a year without any issue

I guess this is better than refurbished butt plugs, but not by much. I'd rather get a little lower quality for my dollars than to use crap that some stranger has shoved in his ears.

I got a refurbished set as a warranty replacement. Didn't tell me they'd be refurbished. They were still incredibly dirty and obviously used. So I'd make sure to inspect and clean carefully.
