I've seen one or two of these used as the frame for a quick shed. Considering lumber costs recently, seems reasonable.

Can you stack two to double the height? How high, can you get with 1? can it hold a ladder?

This was one of the "Special Buy of the Day" items a few days ago (at the same price), and sold out early. I guess it's now another "Special Buy"?

3.8' high seems kind of short for a shed ("Assembled size measures 3.3 ft. L x 3.8 ft. H x 1.8 ft. W").

The product pictures appear to be more than a bit misleading.

Those dimensions sound like the box it comes in.

That's what I thought at first, then I looked at the product pictures and product Q&A. Think of it as a wide, awkward to store step stool.

I can see the use of this if you need to step up to just under 4 ft (top shelf) and need to work side to side by several feet. That's way better than a step stool where you are stuck in one spot. If you only need to step up just under two feet and work side to side several feet, get a folding gorilla work platform. Love mine! If you've never used a work platform or a scaffold, you don't realize how much better it is than any ladder.

Thanks for sharing. Why is that product better? Just weight capacity?

Agree on the work platform, they're also nice because you can set up 2 or 3 of them beside each other and walk across to paint ceilings or mouldings without having to step down and reposition. The scaffolds have bars on the side that don't allow walking off.
