True, I posted this deal as an option for those who do not have time to play games enough to justify paying for the GamePass Subscription. Also $10 (or less) to play and you are set if the game is ever removed from GamePass.
This is on Game Pass for Console, PC and xCloud (if you have Ultimate).
More like Force Unleashed, but much better.

Yup, it's a good price, with Game Pass you can try before you buy, plus it was also free with Prime gaming back in January so people may already own it.
Does this game play more like Force Unleashed or Battlefront? Looking to get back into SW games and I have GPU
Would agree its a dark souls type combat but with more exploration related to force powers. Dont be put off by the dark souls combat stuff, makes you feel more like a jedi than any other game. Theres also a variety of difficulty settings that you can literally change mid battle if you wanted to - its very, very accessible.
If you like lore, this is a no-brainer to get imo - one of the absolute coolest final battles in a game if youre a star wars fan too.
Just started playing Elden Ring and Sekiro and like that combat style. So will def give Fallen Order a try, thanks
Personally, I thought Fallen Order was way overrated. I can only assume it's because the bar has been set so low for recent Star Wars games that people gave this game so much praise (since it's okay at best).
I found it to be a mix of the quality of the new Tomb Raider games (story wise and play) and a horrible souls game (combat) that fails to capture the addictive nature of those types of games. Well, story quality on par with TR, traversal/puzzles below TR, and combat way below even a crappy souls game (I enjoyed Surge 2 way more which was the game I played before it).
But at the end of the day, it's worth checking out on Game Pass or for < $10. I played on the difficulty below the hardest...maybe the game shines more on the hardest or in NG+.

Your first paragraph is exactly what I've been saying ever since this came out. This game is only ok. It really does just come down to there being so few good Star Wars games, that when an ok one comes out, it seems far better than it is. I did beat the game, but it was far from great.

Sekiro is way better.
