I was able to get $1 no rush shipping, so I placed two separate orders to get $2.

I am a little concerned by this in the specs: Item Weight 2.57 Pounds
Although it shows the dimensions as 9" which would correlate with 10lb.

These are decent plates. I have a few. They don't have that cheap coating that chips off and they eventually rust.

Good price and can always use some extra 10s around, but I'd recommend weighing these when you get them if you're concerned about accuracy. These cheaper cast plates are notorious for being a pound or two off sometimes.
