Of note.....conduction method of testing body fat % is not very accurate to begin with. Basically testing only circuit between one foot to the other foot.....what about the rest of the body. Also a lot of variability depending on your Hydration status and even whether it's that time of the month or not. Submersion testing is gold standard, but not everyone has a submersion tank at home or the budget to get testing done on a regular basis.......so this is next best alternative, albeit not a great one.
