Sounds like a reasonable idea. No idea why it wouldn't work other than 15gal is about 120lbs. Usually you'd want to keep that weight low and center if you can.
Yeah, and besides the weight, I also would like to know if the spray or pressure is enough for a decent shower
Depends on your standards. If it builds full pressure it will be pretty good, your issue is the head size. Unless you want a painful stream, you'd do like a heavy mist. The length is a little odd ball in that most people are not used to holding a 1.5ft long shower wand and having to hold a trigger.
no different than the smaller weed sprayers and such. the ,15 gallons just makes it less convenient to fill. overflows don't matter much in a pickup or atv... kinda sucks in a carpeted suv interior.
filling it on your roof is also problematic.
