Pretty good deal if you want a more arcade-like experience for shmups/beat em ups/fighting games. I don't own one myself, but have used a few times and I think I prefer it over the Hori RAP4 (which I paid $150 for). Should be fairly easy to open up too in case you want to swap out buttons or want to install something like the Brook's fighting board to add Xbox support.

Not sanwa parts, but sanwa parts are compatible. It also has leds built into the case. Swapping parts will keep lighting.

The 8BitDo stick is made for Switch and PC, whereas the Qanba Crystal is made for PS3, PS4, and PC. Neither have high quality parts, but both are able to be modded (8BitDo is easier to mod than the Qanba). The Crystal is larger and has much more room for your hands and right palm/wrist to rest while the 8BitDo is smaller and depending on your hand size your right hand can hang off the bottom under the buttons. It's easier to just watch some YouTube videos regarding the two so you can see the differences. Overall, both are decent controllers for what they are, but are made primarily for different systems. If you're buying for PC, then it just depends on personal preference after you watch videos. They both function fine, especially for casual play, but if you're really serious about fighting games, then you'll want a more expensive stick with better build quality and high quality parts (or go with a build-your-own).
