That's actually a different game called affected. You have to click apps lab after you search this title and you will see the correct game. It's free, I got it this morning for my quest 2.

Currently $9.99
1. Keep the entire game free - possible, but kinda unlikely if the game is really popular
2. Keep the beta free, or a limited version free, but the full game will cost $$. Optionally grandfather existing users of the app lab version into the final version for free, but it becomes pay for new users.
So, since it takes zero effort, might as well add free games that you think you will like to your library, even if it's App Lab.
