I bought this desk like 10-15 years ago from Fry's when I was a broke college student. I can't remember for how much back then. It isn't the best desk and as someone pointed out the keyboard tray doesn't have enough space for a mouse so you have to use the mouse on top of the desk at an elevated level...but it has served me well. I took out the corner section and now use it as a TV stand.

I've had this for about 5 years now and like others have mentioned, the keyboard tray is a bit small. I always preferred keyboards without number pads so using my wireless Logitech K810 and a wireless mouse always fit no problem.

I don't use it as my main desk as it's been relegated to hold some home server components, but it's still in great shape for 5 years old and being moved around/reassembled many times.

These are ok desks. Purchased last year at around $80. These are worth this current price but I dont see this as a good deal. Very basic and not super durable.

This isn't a bad deal and paid much more for the same model.

I owned the glass walker-edison but I found the quality to be lacking. The desk never seemed sturdy and I was always worried the tempered glass would shatter while working.

This should always be a concern with glass desks. In grad school, my buddy bought a Walker-Edison and general wear and tear left the top a little scratched up. Then one day he puts his $400 microphone down on the desk (gently, because you know - $400 microphone) and a panel just blew apart. It wasn't clear why it happened (defective/HVAC register nearby/wear and tear/he was less gentle than he claimed), but it was unfortunate, and had an ugly sheet of 1/4" plywood replace the panel for the rest of school.

Plus - if there's no opaque top, you need to use a mousepad or the mouse won't track - unless you're still using a roller ball.

Overall, these desks look cool, but frankly, are a pain. It's worth waiting for a deal to come up on a Sauder L-Shaped wooden desk for like $125-150. I've had mine for 13 years and while it's beat up, it still does the job.

Bought this desk two weeks ago when it was on sale for same price. Assembly was easy maybe 2 hours tops. 20in depth is very narrow for my 24in monitor so if you have anything bigger might be difficult for viewing as your face would be about 12 inches from the screen.

I've been using the L along with 2 single length matching extensions on both ends for the last, 6 years or so now. Having the keyboard on the tray and mouse on the desk feels so natural after all these years, so much that I feel uncomfortable on the rare days I head into the office and use kb+m at the same level.
