Pretty sure I have these and they don't make swish sound. I wouldn't call it fleece either. More like a knit, but not a sweat pant material either. I have 2 pairs already and I'm really thinking about getting another pair as they are perfect for me for working out in the winter. The side pocket zips and the pocket holds against your side so it can hold a cell phone without falling out and without moving around too much.
