I LOVE the sound of the N400NC, but man my unit has a SERIOUS issue with only one or neither earbud charging in the case.

Legit PITA.

Gonna second this comment, I have a different pair of Philips earbuds TAT3215 and you have to put the buds back exactly in the right way for the buds to charge. 10% chance of charging correctly if I slide it in without looking. The fit between the buds and the case is horrible. I have 10+ different pairs of cheap earbuds from Amazon and have never had this issue. It is a dealbreaker for me. Makes it 100% useless to me if I cannot rely on it to be charging in the case. Prefer any of my cheaper $7-15 qcy, bomaker, taotronics, vipex, poweradd, mpo w sets over it.

There were some panasonics with noise cancelling that hit $40 last year, but they also have some dock charging/discharging issues

I bought these when they were on sale last November/December for my teenager for Xmas. While he really wanted air pods. He loves them & uses these all of the time.
