Does anyone know what form of rebate is offered? Is it Paypal, Venmo, or virtual Visa/MC? I looked everywhere but could not find that information.
Last time, I participated in one of these 'Submit receipt through text' rebates without knowing it was a Venmo payment. I submitted my receipt from my Google voice number and the payment was sent automatically to the non-existing Venmo account associated with my Google voice number. After spending a long time with Venmo support, I learned that Venmo policy does not allow Google voice number associated with any Venmo account - cannot be used to create a new account and cannot change the phone# of existing account to Google Voice number. My only option was to contact the rebate support to resend payment - which took me days as there is no support phone# and I had to text for help but did not hear response for hours. If I did not respond back immediately when someone responded, I would have to wait for hours again to hear more response.
I do not recommend doing this rebate. Tried an online order and submitted and they rejected. Tried 2 additional times. They also have no contact number or email. Going to return this on principle that they're not honoring their rebate.

This rebate is utter bs. BAIT AND SWITCH. You purchase and then they reject the receipt claiming it's "crumpled"?? How can a screenshot of your online order be crumpled?? Sent an email to CS and they said :
Consumers can be denied if: receipt is not valid, UPC did not match, the state they are residing in is not honoring the rebate, purchase was at a retailer we are not servicing (i.e. Amazon).
Thank you for your interest in Garnier.
Don't see anything about crumpled. Off it goes back to Walmart tonight.
