You could add it to make a rub with black pepper and/or brown sugar, but I'd be careful using just this as it is mostly salt.

They mean first time using that coupon. You can't use the coupon more then once. But it might be beneficial to add that you can only use the coupon it on one product, so if you used it on another qualifying product already, you'll have already used it up.

yes, I am on a low salt diet what I do is I use a combination of equal amounts of paprika, tumeric and garlic to spice and enhance the flavors of foods eaten to try and minimize the salt consumed; that does work quite well though one might have to adjust ones proportional amounts of paprika, tumeric and garlic proportions to one's own preferential optimal tastes.

Exactly. Think of this as pure salt when using. That's how salty it is. Yes, it's called "seasoned salt", so it should be obvious, but it's often lumped in with various rubs.
