Asking for someone. I don't know anything about this. Is this a regular child car seat...that would fit a "normal" sized 3 yr old. I don't have any other info on child

Looking for a light booster seat for an upcoming trip. Is this one of the better options? The only concern I have is that the armrests may not be very comfortable. Also, we haven't switched to a booster in our car yet for our 6yr old. Do you know if they use the latch system, or do you need to fiddle around with seat belts?

A common complaint appears to be a lack of padding for long trips. I bought it anyway though and hope it isn't as bad as some say.

This is probably the lightest harness/booster seat and is the cheap type that you'd get with a car rental. LATCH can only be used under 50 lbs in harness mode.

I ended up buying the Graco Turbobooster Highback instead as it looked a bit more padded. Not a huge price difference between the two ($17).
