I just picked up this deal earlier today at my local warehouse. When you factor in the 4% cash back (Executive members), $65 AllState 3-Year warranty, $65 streaming credit, the value ends up being around $637.97 + tax with a potential 7 years of warranty coverage.
Don't expect the inky blacks of OLED or VA panels, but it does everything across the board fairly well. What makes this TV unique is that it uses an ADS panel, which is an IPS variant. It has wide viewing angles and can function as a legit PC monitor because of its RGB subpixel layout. The panel type along with its ability to do 120hz @ 4k @ 4:4:4 Chroma, will give you great text clarity. Most LED TV's are using a VA panel with a BGR layout, which is not ideal for that specific purpose.
So if you're in the market for a good TV that is more like a swiss army knife (Movies, 120hz 4K Gaming, PC Monitor), then this might be the one for you. It's hard to beat the value at this price either way, especially since it was selling for $2,200 not long ago. Good luck.
While possibly not as good of a deal, I did see this same TV (at the same size) is $749.99 at Best Buy for Total Tech Members. I don't think you can order it online anymore, but you can pick up from your local store if they have any in stock.
To be clear, executive members get 2% CB. Other 2% is from Costco Citi card.
Yes and that's also how you get the additional 2 years on the warranty to make it 7 years total. So if anyone is reading this, make sure you remember to use the Costco Citi card to make your purchase.

Btw, doesn't have to be the full amount. As long as you charge something on the costco citi card when purchasing the tv, you still get the extra 2 years warranty.
EDIT: But of course you only get 2% back of whatever you charge to that card.
