I had been keeping an eye on prices for this k-slim model - bought one from Amazon warehouse ($70) for guests to enjoy and moms dukes pointed out that she loved it in comparison to her older K80, which has to warm up before you can even start the coffee making process. This model also offers hot water dispensing for tea, etc. Looks great in the kitchen and is fairly quiet, at this price it looks like moms is getting an upgrade. thx OP

I tried two different cards and even tried PayPal and once clicking on "Place Order" an error message comes up saying the card is not accepted by the merchant. One was a visa and the other AE.

It would not let me pay on phone but worked on my iPad with desktop version. I guess they have issue with mobile version of their checkout page. Already got notification for shipping same day.

I'm always blown away at how these still get purchased. Seriously, at what point does convenience not trump everything else. This is a horrible company who has routinely made their products worse to make it harder and more expensive to operate. The coffee taste like crap and the pods are terrible for the environment.

If you are looking for change then I urge you to try this. Buy an electric water kettle and a small french press. Boil water (super quick w the kettle) drop your coffee in the French press and fill it with hot water. Take it to your seating area and it will be ready to drink. The taste will blow your mind. It's super easy, cheap, good for the environment, and taste so much better.
