I have had one for a year and I wish I went with a secretlab chair instead. I do love te ability to lay back in the chair, but other than that like others have said the cushion doesnt hold well and I hurt daily. The arm rests are tearing as well.

I will say though that when I mention both things to customer service, instead of sending parts, they sent a whole new chair, so I have that for when I get completely fed up with this one.

Deal worked for me, was a little nervous it would be a quick one but its still live. I've been looking for a chair, among a couple other items, for a month or so now which got me to slickdeals - win win!. Doing my research and this one came out on top re: quality for the money and brand reputation. I'm not naïve to think this chair will last me a lifetime or even 3-4 years but at this price point, I'm in.

pulled the trigger on the pro version, thanks OP...I coudnt decide this or that staples chair.

Hardest part I was trying to figure out what was the difference between the standard and pro versions, looks like built from metal and thicker paddings mostly all I can find. Is this correct?
