Try making sure your thunderbolt drivers are up to date. If that doesn't help, try another USB-C cable that you know supports display port alt mode, even brand-new cables out of the box can be bad. I'm betting it's a driver issue though, thunderbolt drivers on a lot of PCs are buggy and constantly being updated.

Cable works fine on an HP laptop connected to the monitor, I'll keep messing with it. Thanks!

One thing that sucks is you can't control your monitor volume via your computer controls.

There's a "save $47 with Terms" note under the price. You have to add it to your cart and proceed with checkout to see the discount.

Bought the same monitor and am having the same issue. With the USB-C cable connected from the monitor to my X1 Carbon Gen 10, the laptop will charge, will recognize USB keyboard plugged into the monitor, but will not display video.

I also have a Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Workstation dock. With the X1 Carbon plugged into the workstation dock, the video works fine when using a USB C cable to connect the monitor to one of the dock's USB C ports. If I connect the dock to the monitor using an HDMI cable, I can only duplicate the screens and cannot extend them. I will try it again with the display port once I get a spare cable. I would like to keep the USB C port on the monitor open to use it as a standalone dock and bypass the Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 dock when needed. (Edit: Confirmed that the X1 Carbon has no issues when the dock is connected to the monitor using a display port connection.)

All of this seems to be related driver issues with the Lenovo machine. No issues when connecting my M2 MacBook air to the monitor using the USB C connection. The MacBook detects a 60W charger, and the USB keyboard plugged into the monitor works fine. The video also works fine.

Interestingly, the M2 MacBook Air plugged into the Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Workstation dock works fine. It works even when the dock is connected to the monitor using HDMI (which, as stated above, did not work with the X1 Carbon).

All signs seem to indicate that the Thunderbolt Drivers on the X1 Carbon Gen 10 are the problem. I confirmed that they are running the latest version, so hopefully it will get fixed sometime in the future.

The monitor seems to be working fine and all of the functionality works as expected.

I have exactly the same issue and with X1 Carbon Gen 10 connect to LG 32UN880 with a USB-C cable: "the X1 Carbon Gen 10 will charge, will recognize USB keyboard plugged into the monitor, but will not display video.", and when connected thru a Thunderbolt 4 dock with 2 USB-C cables (1 to the laptop and 1 to the monitor), it works fine.
While the one USB-C cable solution (without the dock) works fine with X1 Carbon Gen 9 and X1 Carbon Gen 6 on my hand for everything (charge, video/audio, USB keyboard plugged to the monitor).
Both LG and Lenovo support just said it is compatibility issue that they cannot help, it is frustrating.
Have you found a solution to resolve the problem now? or still hoping for a firmware update that could fix it?

In my case, I was able to avoid the issue by using the display port to monitor connection from the Thunderbolt 4 dock. With the dock connected this way, and the dock to the X1 via USB-C, everything works as expected.
