since usually any promo will require you to wait from 90 days all the way to 6 months (perhaps more), they can easily get away with it.

I online chatted with the customer service agent and she told me the promotion only valid thru 8/8/2022, and my account was opened after that date. I then told her the JUL2022 promo was extended to 9/2/2022. She said she can't find anything on her end. Ugh....
Then she said if the promo was truly extended and I am truly qualified, I need to wait 90 days after the 2nd direct deposit was done to get the bonus, which for me will be mid December!!!
Does anyone keep a screenshot with the offer term when opening the account? Possible to share?
