Pretty similar, but that's the 14inch model. This is the 16inch.
Same boat too. laugh out loud Mine is the 10th Gen i7. But two things hold me back:

1. RAM is only 16GB soldered, not upgradable. This is a deal killer for me as I need to run multiple VMs.
2. Only option to add a 2nd SSD seems to be the M2.2242 and is unsupported. The PCIe slot can support only 1TB SSD. What?

XPS is great, but the 4k screen that I overpaid for is getting annoying due to Windows' inability to scale properly, especially for remote desktops. So my next laptop will be a 1080p or 2K like this.

Have the i5 version, having no issues it so far. Like most touchscreens the screen is reflective. Battery life on mine is decent. I'm getting around 10-11 hours of normal usage with the screen at half brightness. Laptop is very snappy. I'm using it mainly as a casual browsing machine and hooking it to my EGPU for light PC gaming on my TV. The touchpad is above average imo but it won't beat out the ones in Macbooks. Those are still the gold standard.

It is a heavier laptop so tablet mode is pretty useless. Plus W11 has no tablet mode either so no big loss.

I'm going to have to actively listen for it to tell you. I will say it is audible but it's not very loud.
