I use this exclusively for cutting pork ribs and brisket. If you can't cut those meat with this knife, it's not the knife's fault.

My fingers hate this knife!
It's VERY sharp for a bread knife, Shun level sharp, and slices all kinds of bread with ease. I will say it tends to want to cut unevenly. Knowing that, I know to keep an eye on how I'm holding it when I cut.
