Mainly as a heads up, rather than a deal, but I guess it could save someone $19.99 (current digital movie rental price) or the price of a movie ticket :

This is a good movie but it's more a thriller and coming of age story. Those looking for a horror film of standard caliber will leave disappointed but those looking for a fun ride thriller will likely enjoy it.
I think everyone knows by now but Joe Hill (the short story author) is Stephen King's son and his adaptations outside Locke and Key s2-3 have been capable enough.

+1 this is a thriller, there are maybe like 2 jump scares in the movie but other than that it doesn't really have any elements of horror
Watched this in theaters, and it was a waste. Many plot holes, not scary and the story isn't explained well for many of the supernatural moments. Skip it.

All movies have plot holes, the story was explained well as it was not a very deep story to be explained. Good movie overall. I found it stole some stuff from Signs, but still enjoyable movie.
Check your Amex offers for 4.99x3 back on 3 mo. The ads are only showed at the start of the film so not bad at all. Peacocktv also has the Northman which I enjoyed.
