Had exactly same experience. They do blame customers. I disputed thru credit card
You will have positive experience until you have an issue with them. I had been lucky no issue on their keys for like 50 purchases. Of course i was positive with them. Recent two orders 2 keys were not working they denied to refund. Its just their attitude how to deal with customer. They acted like i was lying and kept asking me to prove. Why/how i could prove i did not use? Even after 10 pages of screenshoy they asked thry denied and blamed me
I feel like Extra was a better value but it was only an extra $50 over 5 years so I felt like I could take the hit and maybe streaming will get better.
I was going to do the 150 for premium but the only thing that gives me over extra is streaming ps3 and prior games right? If I go to extra now for 100 will there be an option to go to premium for 50 more? Or would it do some kind of conversion at that point?

I escalated through paypal. After 28 days paypal favored their side. I had to dispute via my chase credit card.
Even site like bad customer service reputation raise com i got immediate refund and apologies when this happened. With CDkey you should hope you are not unlucky side like me so no need to deal with their CS. I will never use them again.
The same happened to me too.
Code did not work and a after couple screenshots and emails which one included screenshot of the code cdkeys were asking someone from their side redeemed code and they just blow me off.
PayPal took favor of their side and I just lost $47
Never again cdkeys.
It's shady and unprofessional customer service.
