    I have not had good experiences with Corelle. They may not break easily but they definitely chip and the shards are super sharp

    Opposite for me, I have had great experience with Corelle, only one plate chip so far, and have dropped several on the tile floor yet survive breakage.
    Have had two bowls eventually shatter, and oh man when they shatter- they shatter- slivers everywhere.

    Is there a reason why corelle in the US only have pure white/very plain patterns? The ones I got in Asia all have nice patterns and designs.
