The mobile one is nice if you don't mind the performance difference and much smaller and cheaper. This is near desktop performance in a slightly larger small form factor. It's smaller than the standard ITX sizes that are used to make generic small desktops.

It's nearly double the speed for the CPU and GPU. People pay far larger premiums for much less benefit when buying hardware.
