Been looking for quality affordable patio furniture and I guess now is the best time due to summer ending? Anyone have any suggestions or review of this item?

I own the couch is really comfortable. It's like an inside couch outside. I just bought this to complete my setup I had been watching for ages this is an awesome price. Very solid looks good and it's super comfortable IMO

Wow, I didn't know this set existed. I was lucky enough to score the couch/tables set and the rocker glider set for $375/ea earlier this summer at a walmart that was doing remodeling and was clearing out half the store. If we had a bigger patio, I'd be all over this. Seating is very comfy and good overall quality.

OP, have you seen any ottomans that go with the 'River Oak' line?

I've been shopping for a patio set and really want to like this, especially at this price! But I think it would only seat 3 comfortably as the 2 seats closest to that corner table may put the legs of those 2 people too close to each other?

Doesn't look like the seating connects to the corner table, so you could probably just push the 2 seats together for more leg room and just use the table as an end table

Where'd you read 35inches at?

This is what the website says
loveseat with right arm dimensions: 51.57" x 35.04" x 31.89"

35 inches is probably the height and 31 inches the depth, or vice versa.
51inches should be the width

Out of curiosity… I see a banner "Save with W+" and I'm curious if this is just an ad indicating free shipping (which as this is over $35 it's free shipping anyway) or if there is a different/additional savings available to W+ members. In for one. I checked out the other versions from the same brand and they have great reviews. The biggest concern is the shipping. The bad reviews are because it showed up damaged. However, I'll just return to my local Walmart as you have 90 day free returns.
