But I'm still thinking if it's worth $400. I'm not going to use it as daily driver and too many phones around - $50 OnePlus 9 is still not unboxed. It seems not getting much by flipping it as well.

You have to put t-mobile sim in and activate the new device. And your t-mobile account page may show your new device on the same day, but you have to give one day or two let their database to show the new IMEI. In total, it usually took me a few days (3-7) to get the device unlocked.

Before I pickup and activate, anyone knows FOR SURE, I will not be tied to TMobile whatsoever? Theoretically, I can cancel my service tomorrow with them ? Of course, phone is locked to TMobile, I understand that perfectly.
