Put App Labs in the title and people wont be so upset when they find out it's App Labs.

Regular games = Usually good, essentially always worth free. Instant click.

App lap games = Some good, many not worth free. Might regret it being in your library forever.

2 main reasons: first it's basically like posting a beta version of a game/app. second it's pretty much like posting a "hot deal" to a free game on the android/apple/amazon store that's always free... its not exactly a deal.

you'd get no complaints if it was properly categorized into the "digital freebies" section instead of "hot deals" section.

Just curious, why would someone be upset about app labs? I'm not being sarcastic just new to the quest 2. I have found a few cools games through app labs that allowed me to download directly through the meta quest app.

I've bought AppLab games before. But some of these games are always free, they're not always fully baked, and they may go away, meaning you don't really own it.

Same problem here, the discounted price shows when I'm not logged in, but logged in to my Oculus account it shows full price. Do you have to create a Meta account and Horizon profile to get the discount?

But really, if Applab was just in the title, I'd have no problem at all. I could much more quickly skip over it.
