Are these going to feel like the Nike Metcon more or less? Those were pretty stiff but these could work for me as I need something good for lifting at home as well as riding the spin bike. Would these slide in the pedals easily?

What on Earth are you talking about? I'm talking about the weight of the people WEARING the shoes possibly affecting how well the shoes work on concrete as my kid is 85# lighter than me and didn't complain about support... If the actual *shoes* weigh the better part of 100 lb then you bet your bippy I would complain. But no I couldn't tell you how much the shoes weigh I can just tell you they absolutely positively suck on concrete for an adult but MIGHT be okay for a kid that weighs less. Just in case other people are buying these for outdoor shoes as opposed to ellipticals or the like (because of how absolutely cheap these were I wanted to like them even tried changing out the insoles but in the end I put back the original insoles and donated them.)
