Buyer beware, these are not legitimate keys, and can be deactivated anytime. You will be out $30 when that happens. Also keep an eye on your credit card statement as people have complained about fraud after dealing with the seller (gamestop is not the seller, a foreign 3rd party is)

I was able to get Office 2021 Pro Plus for free using the discount code they had on their Facebook page but I am guessing that was an error on their part. I wouldn't have ordered from them if it wasn't free. Their email address is fake and they don't answer their chat.

One: Yes, a key you are using you are not authorized to use is a pirated key.

Two: They are likely either farming out student keys which Microsoft gets for free, or VLSC keys, where a 10 pack of keys can be activated thousands of times. In any case, these keys do not confer you any legal right to use the software, and Microsoft is absolutely within their rights to revoke them at any time.

How do we install once we purchase the above ? I uninstalled the Microsoft 365 that I had in my laptop …now to install this 2021 professional do I click the claim code and use it …didn't want to click the claim code as it said the refund/ store credit won't be available once I click and don't use it

wtf are you going on about with these imaginary scenarios? They are legit keys, period. This is same argument that clowns make regarding cdkeys or eneba for Steam games. The manufacturer dumps legit keys off to 3rd party sites for quick sales. This is the same process. And Gamespot is 100% legit and owned by CBS, look it up. Just because you've never heard of them doesn't mean they aren't one of the top sites for video game reviews (or at least used to be when I was growing up).

Can't call this a completely authorized license. A working install code doesn't not mean you have an authorized legal license (from the terms & conditions of that license).
If I have a code that allows me to access the keylock of an SUV or someone's home, it doesn't mean I'm the legal authorized owner.

It's inappropriate to call this a grey market license. The term "grey market" used to suggest it was something sold by an unauthorized dealer. This deal is another step beyond that. It's not a "legitimate" license sold by an unauthorized dealer ("grey market dealer"), but a re-distributed license for a specific use (by company, etc.). That's beyond the "who" is selling it.

It would be interesting to follow-the-money to see WHO is ultimately getting paid for these installation codes. They're likely not located in any western country to avoid traditional laws (China, Russia, North Korea, etc.).
