Trade-in value notes:
- In states CA (please add more), tax is charged on (price - TIV_promo).
- In states NJ, NY, tax is charged on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal).
- NJ: When I did an in-store pickup of an online-order, tax was automatically calculated on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal). But when I did an in-store purchasing today, tax was calculated on (price - TIV_promo). According to the representative, this is because TIV_normal is processes as a GC and it has to be applied after the checkout, so the tax is charged on that part. Don't know if this is all true to CA or other states.

- I've done in-store trade-ins a few times at Best Buy. They only do a cursory look at the phone, to make sure it matches the color and condition. They don't care if it is carrier locked or is still being financed. -RonaldM

1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

Check recent comparisons pixel 7 is smoother.
You can remove anything you think is bloat on the s22 so its a non issue.
- i want a good experience out of the box. Don't want to hack the phone, instal custom roms etc. Don't want Samsung asking me which app to use when I want to make a phone call. It's all a PITA
Honestly, I miss some of the ease of functionality and some functionality that my watch had with my Galaxy. Worried a little that the Pixel Watch won't be as good, or won't be what I want, so I think I'm in a holding pattern until I see how that works.
Also, I've had so many issues with cellular coverage, Bluetooth and general connectivity, and battery life with my Pixel, that I'm getting annoyed with Google, as well.
So many "features" being packed into phones without making sure that they nail the basics. Reminds me of my annoyance and continued reluctant yearly purchase of EA NHL... Feel like I need to buy it to connect with friends and family that live far away, but they keep adding garbage to it that I'll never use and sure as hell didn't ask for, while neglecting basic stuff like menu readability, network reliability, matching, and loading speeds. So frustrating that it has crept into phones, as well.

According to this link:

in the "what can I trade in" it says that "If an item is not found in our Trade-in Estimator tool, we are not able to accept it for trade-in". I really understand it is important for you to be able to trade in the pixel 5a for the pixel 7 pro, however the pixel 5a is not currently on the list, therefore it is not eligible for that process.
I will let the notes here about this, so perhaps in the near future the pixel 5a can be eligible.

p7pro will have CONTINOUS optical zoom unlike other phones and more like SLR
great for marathon pics or fast motion pics
they will combine both lens to take zoom pics
