I had an excess of cortisol and low testosterone, which caused me to carry fat in my belly despite eating healthy and an active lifestyle.
This isn't for everyone, but if you are a man who carries fat in your midsection it may be worth a try, even though this form does have a lot of unnecessary sugar, as others have mentioned.

8g of sugar for two little gummies is kind of excessive when you can just take the pills instead.
It's listed for calming and relaxation, but ashwagandha is primarily a male sexual enhancer. And to be honest this is the first time I read it's for calming and relaxation I'd always been under the impression that it's for men's health.
Do what you will with this information.
