These were $8 at my local Costco warehouse FYI. If you plan a trip there, check out the dog section! It might just be there.
Great deal. My dogs keep getting pelted with acorns falling off the trees. Hopefully the canopy will spare their little noggins. In for 2.
This keeps them cool and is better for their comfort as well as joints. Think if you were always laying on the floor

Keeps the rain out unless there is a little wind.

Keeps the hot sunlight out if the sun is directly overhead.

Probably vulnerable to being blown away by the wind except weighing it down would help. I wonder how much wind the canopy can withstand.

buying junk that will soon fill landfill for _convenience_? our society is doomed

buy the quality, NEEDED gear only. shills be damned

I live in Florida, we don't have trees in my yard and the grass is not soft. It's sandy with lots of bugs.

Just because you don't need it, doesn't mean others don't.

We got a different brand. Our dog is about 90lbs. The longer lengths are sagging badly. Can reshape but they bend again. Does anyone have a bit longer term ownership of the Costco product and can attest to it holding up? Thinking they should have some legs on the center of long bars to support some weight.

My dog chews everything we give him to lay in. He likes to lay on the hard floor, now he has sores on his knees. Idk what to do. He has destroyed like 10 pet beds.

How are you correcting this behavior?

Telling him no! He would stopped but when we're gone he would do it again. It's like he knows not to do it in front of us.

Take it away when he's not under supervision and try giving it to him under short durations, increasing it as he progresses in the right direction. He thinks it's a toy and can chew it up. Do you have obvious toys available for him to chew? When he tries to chew the bed, take it away and give him a toy so he knows what's a toy and can chew on it, and what's not a toy.

You can also try spraying bitter apple spray on it.
