Very odd... give it a day or 2 and then reach out to support. They should be able to tell you WTF went wrong. Maybe a glitch.

If you don't have a payment method within Venmo, looks like you must add one to get this done. That's the only way it worked for me.

Mine disappeared. I chatted with their customer service, they asked me to provide a screenshot of my promo confirmation email, sent it to [email protected], and they gave me a courtesy credit of $10 that did not expire.

Created venmo acct, added bank info, came here to click on offer, added a product, went to checkout, changed payment to venmo, no discount. Not sure what im doing wrong

Bah, I don't think it worked. I actually had the offer with the $10 language on my home page, I clicked it and did all the other stuff (logged into Venmo, etc), but there was a problem with my card (it wouldn't take it.). I left the tab open and tried the next day. It took the card and added the payment to Amazon, but no $10 credit is present (nor any message about one). Oh well.

I never saw the $10 deal but this promo turned up during checkout except it was for $5. Still not worth the data exchange IMO. But thought to let y'all know there's a $5 deal out there in the wild now.
