Top right of left screenshot. Right screenshot shows the typical breakdown if a game is not listed as "verified" of what might not be perfect.
Verified means the game should work 100% out of the box without tweaking any settings. Playable normally means the same but some minor issues may present themselves but does not affect the game running. Text might be small, you may have to use the onscreen keyboard every now and then, or the on screen prompts showing button presses might not match the actual buttons on the Deck (may say hit "enter" when it is actually the "X" on your console)
Honestly, every Steam game I have tried from Verified to Unsupported works great. Some games may not be very playable because of controls though. For example I tried playing Homeworld without a mouse...didn't go well

Tell me about it, traded in my ps4 pro to get a ps5. Didn't backup my saves because I had ps+ and could download my saves. Little did I know it would take me over 2 YEARS to get a ps5 and now my ps+ subscription expired, and ALL GAME SAVES ARE GONE.

Based on the performance comparison against a mobile 1050ti, you'd be limited to 1280x720 resolution with the internal gpu you have in that laptop. I imagine it'd be a poor gaming experience, unfortunately.

It really should be included in the description for all Steam games listings. But for these third party listings, you would have to go the Steam website and search for the game. So I get why people ask in these deal listings.
Be careful. I bought this game a month ago and can't get past the loading star-field. Weird this was an issue when it 1st came out. Tried all the fixes but nada.

Also, to the thread... I bought the game the day I made that other comment.
I've played about 10 hours since then and have been thoroughly entertained. My significant other saw me playing and remarked at how much stuff has changed since it first came out (she bought it then and played for too long to return it but was severely disappointed with it at the time).
I think NMS really is a comeback story in the gaming world. I'm looking forward to putting some hours in over the upcoming holiday break, if for nothing else than mindless spelunking on random planets.
