Several of these games have been (or are currently) on Game Pass. If you don't want to do Game Pass for whatever reason, then some of these are pretty good deals. Doom Eternal is really great if you can get past the nasty gore. Fallout 4: GOTY will keep you busy for a long time.

Cyberpunk is great now, had to create a new game recently as my last game I started (on release) bugged out on a sorry mission; lot of play through and exploring, plays great on series X

What do you mean by "base"? I thought digitally there was only a base game and that the "deluxe" edition was a physical item with a bunch of trinkets and a cool case or something.

But yes, I've seen CP as low as $10. With the 1.61 patch, it introduced FSR, which significantly improved the graphics: https://www.forbes.com/sites/paul...e1df71480b

The game keeps getting better, but it's come a long way, and I'd definitely recommend it!
