Really hate that they are so loud for no real reason.
Target had these for $35 a week ago. I was wondering if anyone will beat that price
Also can confirm. Got a few from target last week. They are noisier than I expected.

I don't have an xbox - what do I need to make this work on a PC? Or am I just better off with wired controllers? Will this work with the free games from Epic? or would it have to run through Steam like some offbrand controllers I currently have?

You can either plug it in with a USB cable, use the Bluetooth function, or purchase the Xbox wireless adapter for PC for around 20 bucks. Any of those will work. Most games recognize it and you can also download the Xbox accessories app for some additional functionality.

As long as you have Bluetooth on your PC it will pair.

I picked up the Electric Volt ⚡🎮 and it looks pretty sweet in person. It's obviously very bright if that bothers you playing at all. Happy shopping!

They also have one that comes with a USB-C cable for $40, but it only comes in black.

If you want the wireless adapter, get this deal from Best Buy instead. It's $10 more, but you get the official XBOX Wireless Adapter.

Also worth noting that they have the PC wireless version with the dongle (for more reliable performance) at about $50.

I prefer the PC wireless kit with the dongle:

I've found that the bluetooth is not 100% reliable on all games.
